Dear customer, Metalworks Wingmet Ltd. has over 25 years experience about screw conveyors. We will manufacture screws mainly by the buyer’s drawings. Our target is to supply high quality products efficiently, safely and according to timetable. We do also repair old broken screws and we do deliver spareparts for screws too. Our operational mode meets the ISO 9001 Quality Standards. The most used materials are SS 355, AISI 2333, AISI 2343, Duplex and wear-resistant iron. The screw bottom (AISI 2333) to Metso Paper Ltd. Finland is the heaviest screw-product that we have ever made, weighting massive 49 tons. The screw with the biggest diameter ø1600 mm (archimedian screw pump) we made to Metso Ltd. too. The screw diameters vary from ø200 mm to ø1600 mm and the lenghts vary from 1 m to 15 m. Screws are painted or acidated as finishing and shafts will be anti-rust protected and squared. Screws can also be equiped with transport structures. Wingmet Ltd. has done hundreds of screws durin the past years, about 50 pcs. annual.
